I had the pleasure of working with Gina when I was a partner with a development company in the Vail Valley. At the time we were building a range of single family properties from $4-$16 million from Bachelor Gulch to Cordillera. In addition, Gina helped us acquire our first apartment building, River Run, for $31.5 million in Avon, Colorado.

Our developments focused on the very high end customers in each of the areas we owned land. In Bachelor Gulch, we built homes in the $10-$16 million range, always staying in the top 10%-15% of properties on the market. In Cordillera, our focus was acquiring land and developing high end homes at the very top of the development, The Summit.

Gina was our agent from the early days of our company. While not our first agent, she proved to be the most hard working and creative. Her talents were stretched across a range of target customers we pursued. In Bachelor Gulch, we were appealing to the most discriminating customer anywhere in the world. In Cordillera, she often dealt with customers who were looking for their first resort luxury home. In both cases, Gina was able to empathize with their needs and concerns and, in effect, present herself as a peer. For us, Gina always carried herself in a professional manner which is exactly what our target customers were used to from their day-to-day lives at home. 

The key point: Gina's broad-based background in business and real estate outside of Vail Valley, in Chicago, California, Florida, France and Switzerland, is a big part of what separated her from many of the agents in the Vail Valley that we considered.
